Will Bailey CTA ATT (Fellow) – Director
Will is licensed by the ICAEW to carry out probate work and has extensive knowledge of trusts, income taxes, and capital taxes. He has over 20 years' experience in advising local businesses and individuals and has built up long-standing relationships with clients during this time. His interests include various sports, and he is the Chair of a local cricket club and enjoys watching his Son play.

Bob Bailey FCA – Director
Bob has been in practice for 45 years, specialising in private client matters, including probate, wills, lasting powers of attorney, eldercare and inheritance tax planning. Bob was born and bred in the Vale of Evesham and has been actively involved in local Sports Clubs and scout groups. He enjoys skiing and travelling a lot!

Andrew Foster FCCA BA (Hons) – Senior Client Manager
Andrew manages the office, the team and a multitude of clients, from individuals, sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. He specialises in small to medium owner-managed businesses and guides each through all their accounting and tax requirements. He offers a friendly, personal approach. Outside of work, Andrew has two amazing stepchildren, living in Inkberrow with his partner and their cat, named Bob! He also enjoys going on walks and running to get fit.

Harry Link, MAAT – Client Manager
Harry loves preparing accounts and managing multiple clients. He enjoys staying fit, reading, and travelling.

Rachael Blakeman - ACCA AAT – Client Manager
Rachael is very experienced at preparing accounts for Sole traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies. She also has extensive knowledge of various bookkeeping packages and provides great assistance to clients with them. In her spare time, Rachael loves dancing, walking, and spending time with friends; she also has three adopted animals.

Mary Tenney – Bookkeeping and Payroll Manager
Mary completes bookkeeping and VAT returns for many of our clients and also operates several payroll departments. She has experience with Sage, Xero and QuickBooks software packages; her interests include holidays in Cornwall, dogs and films.

Sophie Wood – Personal Tax Manager
Sophie has many years of experience and prepares many tax returns and other tax compliance disclosures to HM Revenue & Customs. She’s a Mum and a Nanny, loves dogs and is preparing to run an ultramarathon.

James Bailey – Probate and Trusts Administrator
James has many years of experience and manages all of the probate work and trusts that we look after. He enjoys sports, spending time with his family and watching his Son play rugby.

Abi Jefferies – Administrator
Abi is the office administrator, and her role covers sales ledgers, internal finance control, maintaining our client database, and internal processes. She also aids Bob and Will in their day-to-day work and has contact with various clients every day. Outside of office life, Abi has two lovely children and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
